How a month is counted

The month starts on the day you subscribed. A membership that begins on the 12th chooses between the 12th and the day before the next 12th. A yearly bill does not change that. If the day does not exist in a short month, the period uses the last day of that month.

The three options, written out

Basic. One basic edition . One of those.
Pro. One pro edition, or Two basic editions . One of those.
Ultimate. One ultimate edition, or Two pro editions, or Three basic editions . One of those.

A one-time edition on the catalog is still a one-time edition. Membership does not replace it, and it does not discount a plate you buy outright.

After checkout, the receipt carries a pass. Open the membership desk with that pass. The pass is not a password for this site’s other pages, and it is not stored here in a form you can read back.

What does a month include?

One option, and only one. Basic is one basic edition. Pro is one pro edition or two basic editions. Ultimate is one ultimate edition, or two pro editions, or three basic editions. Editions inside a choice are distinct. A mix of those options is not a choice.

Is a yearly membership twelve editions on the first day?

No. Yearly is 10 months at the monthly catalog number, billed once a year. The choice is still once each month, on the day of the month the membership began.

Can a held plate be chosen?

No. A held plate keeps its shelf and stays off the desk until it is on the counter. The choice is among editions that are ready to read.

Where do the files arrive?

This site does not host the download. The desk records the choice. Write support with the choice reference and the email on the receipt. Do not send the pass. The payment processor emails files for a one-time edition. A membership choice is filled from that same file, not from a second charge.

What happens if I cancel, or a renewal fails?

Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current month remains until the processor says it ends, and a choice already made stays made. A renewal that has not been paid does not open a new choice. A trial is not offered.
