Weekly desk
Freelancer Finance & Capacity Dashboard
A freelancer sees hours next to unpaid invoices and closes them in one weekly review. The desk multiplies the inputs you enter and stops there.
The plate
Not for
- Tax filing, estimated-tax software, a chart of accounts, or a claim that any percent is the right rate.
- A replacement for bookkeeping software, a bank feed, or an accountant.
- Investment advice, retirement planning, or a promise of income or runway.
- Another tax calculator. The wedge is capacity, utilization, and pipeline.
How it moves
Seven sample CSVs. Confirm the SAMPLE banner, then stop before a real name or amount.
Trash the sample. Type this week’s hours and the invoices that already exist in your own tool.
One sitting: what came in, what you logged, which invoices moved, and the hours still inside the target you set.
What’s inside
The files
- Seven drawers Revenue, expenses, invoices, capacity weeks, pipeline, desk inputs, and weekly reviews.
- Desk math only Formulas multiply or divide numbers you typed. They do not look up a tax table or a bank.
- Set-aside percent You enter it, or you leave it blank. The desk will not suggest one.
- Capacity week Hours you can work, a utilization percent you choose, and hours already booked. Utilization is not a grade.
- Eight procedures Log money, log an expense, move an invoice, plan the week, enter pipeline, type the percent, review, and read the runway inputs.
- SAMPLE practice A fictional operator and invented amounts. They are not earnings and not a benchmark. The video file is not in v0.9.0.
License, in short
What the files allow
You may use the filled workspace and the outputs you make for your own practice. You may not resell the kit, the spec, or the sample. The desk is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
Is this tax advice?
No. It is a weekly desk for numbers you type. It does not calculate tax, file a return, replace bookkeeping software, or tell you what to charge.
What do I get?
A file kit: a build spec, eight page templates, seven sample CSVs, a populated SAMPLE workspace, four paper worksheets, and eight procedures. A free Notion plan is enough. You can run the review on paper. You do not get a video or a bank connection.
What are the two prices?
List $39. Launch $29. Both are locked catalog numbers.
What do the sample amounts mean?
They are invented figures on an invented practice. They are not earnings, not a forecast, and not a rate you should copy.
