Edition 04 · Client path

Client Onboarding & Delivery OS

A solo service operator runs intake, qualification, scope, kickoff, milestones, feedback, handoff, and testimonial from one private workspace — with ten email scripts a human sends.

Not for

  • A multi-seat HubSpot or Salesforce replacement, or a client portal with logins.
  • A tool that sends email, a Zapier product, or a drip sequence.
  • Legal, contract, or tax advice, a life OS, or a promise of testimonials.

How it moves

01 Import

Five CSVs, then the property types and relations in the spec.

02 Qualify

Fit stays empty until you decide. Decline is a door, not a sixth shelf.

03 Share a page

One engagement, the milestones you marked visible, the next date, and file names. Never the database.

04 Send it yourself

The script is a draft. The send button is yours.

What the files allow

You may use the filled workspace and the messages you rewrite for your own practice. You may not resell or give away the kit, the scripts, or the spec. Scope pages are working notes, not a lawyer’s contract. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.

Plain answers

Before you rely on the plate

What do I get?

A file kit: a build spec, seven page templates, five sample CSVs, a populated SAMPLE workspace, ten email scripts, ten procedures, checklists, a journey map, a sharing guide, a quick start, and a ten-minute script. You do not get a video, a client portal, or a tool that sends email.

How is this different from Solo Business OS Lite?

That desk is the operator’s week. This folder is the client journey. They are not one template, and this kit is not a sixth drawer inside the other.

Does it email the client?

No. You send every note from your own mail. The kit does not connect to an inbox.

Is the sample a real client?

No. The workspace is fictional and labeled SAMPLE. It is not a testimonial and not a result.
