Support
If the files do not arrive.
Write [email protected] if a download fails once checkout is live. Do not send a password or a customer list.
Access
When checkout is live, the payment processor is the merchant of record and emails the receipt plus the download. This preview cannot send the kit. If a real purchase’s mail is missing, check spam for the address you typed at checkout, then write support with that address and the kit version.
A membership choice
Open the desk with the pass from the receipt. The desk shows a reference after the choice locks. Write support with that reference and the email on the receipt. Do not send the pass, a card number, or a customer list. This site does not host the file. The choice is filled from the same edition a one-time purchase delivers, not from a second charge.
A broken link
Say which edition, the version on the receipt, and what the link did instead of opening the files. Do not attach the source you were repurposing, and do not attach secrets “for context.”
Refund intent
The kit’s own license states the catalog intent once a sale exists: email the published support address within fourteen days. Knowledge Mercantile refunds the purchase price. You do not need to invent a reason. A refund ends the license and you delete your copies. This page does not promise how soon a reply arrives.
The checkout terms a buyer accepts control that sale. If those terms and this page ever disagree, the checkout terms win. This site does not charge a card and does not issue the refund. The payment processor does, once a sale exists.
What a later note should include
- Kit version
- Workflow name, if the question is about a draft
- What you expected the draft to do
- The four scorecard marks
- Whether the source was rights-cleared
