Edition 02 · Notion desk

Solo Business OS Lite

A solo operator runs leads, projects, weekly review, SOPs, and a light content queue from one Notion dashboard — set up in about ten minutes, with a populated sample so the first screen is not empty.

Not for

  • A second brain, a life OS, a habit tracker, or a PARA-style life map.
  • A team CRM, a client login, or agency handoff.
  • Forty empty databases, a finance or tax engine, or an income guarantee.

How it moves

01 Import

Five sample CSVs land on a private page. You set the types the spec names.

02 See a week

A lead, a project, and an open review are already there. Stop before a real name goes in.

03 Replace

Trash the sample. Add up to three real leads, each with one next step and a date.

04 Close

Friday is six lines. Close only after slipped work has a new date.

License, in short

What the files allow

You may use the filled workspace and the outputs you make for your own practice and for client work you are allowed to do. You may not resell, post, or give away the kit, the spec, or the sample. One purchase is not a seat license for a team. Intended refund, once a sale exists: email support within fourteen days, receive the purchase price back, and delete your copies. The terms you accept at checkout control that sale.

Plain answers

Before you rely on the plate

What do I get?

A file kit: a build spec, six page templates, five sample CSVs, a populated SAMPLE workspace, twelve starter SOPs, a quick start, and a ten-minute script. You do not get a video file, a public Notion duplicate link, or a client portal.

Which Notion plan do I need?

A free workspace is enough for the databases, relations, and linked views. A model is not required. You can run the Friday close on paper from the same six lines.

How long is setup?

About ten minutes once you are at a blank private page and the CSVs are on disk. Replacing the sample is the thirty-minute path. Building every property by hand is the sixty-minute path.

What do the sample fees mean?

They are invented prices on invented jobs. They are not earnings, not a benchmark, and not a forecast. The dashboard has no revenue rollup.
