Seat book
VA / OBM Client Ops (for VAs)
A freelance VA, an online business manager, or a small studio lead keeps one private record per seat: principal, channels, hour cap, in-list, out-list. A seat without an out-list is not active.
Lookbook · 6 plates
Not for
- A hiring marketplace, a job board, or a promise that this folder will fill a book.
- Guaranteed retainers, guaranteed hours billed, or any income claim.
- Legal advice, employment classification, or a contract you would take to a dispute.
- A full agency profit-and-loss system, a CRM, or an operating system for the client brand’s own company.
- A kit that sends email, holds passwords, or runs the principal’s business.
How it moves
A seat without an out-list and an hour cap is not active.
Sort the swarm before it eats the week. You send the update.
The packet is that seat. The rest of the book stays private.
What’s inside
The files
- Seat record One private row: principal, channels, hour cap, in-list, and out-list.
- Intake Accept, park, or decline before any task starts.
- Scope One promise, an in-list, an out-list, and an hour cap you set. Working notes, not a contract.
- Weekly ops What is dated, what is a swarm, and what waits on the principal, across the book.
- Report and handoff One update per seat that is owed a report. The other seats stay off that page.
License, in short
What the files allow
You may use the pages you rewrote for client seats you actually hold. You may not resell the kit, the worksheets, the scripts, or the SAMPLE. The scope notes are still not a contract and still not employment advice. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
What do I get?
A file kit: a seat record, intake, scope guardrails, weekly ops, report and handoff, worksheets, and scripts a person sends. You do not get a client login, a password store, or a tool that sends mail.
Is this the client’s operating system?
No. The buyer is the VA or OBM. The pages are for seats that person already holds. They are not an operating system for the end client’s company.
Is the scope a contract?
No. The in-list, the out-list, and the hour cap are working notes. They are not employment advice and not a retainer agreement.
Will this fill a book of retainers?
No. The desk does not find clients and does not promise that a retainer will renew.
What are the two prices?
List $59. Launch $49. Both are locked catalog numbers.
