Punch desk

Construction Punch List Closeout Desk

A GC, a PM, or a closeout lead writes the deficiency in the reporter’s words. A blank trade stays “ask.” Your eyes are a look, not a certificate. Silence is not acceptance.

Not for

  • Bid packs, estimates, quantity takeoffs, or unit prices.
  • The Roofing Contractor Ops Kit. That title is a roofing lead and estimate desk and is not included. A punch row is not a roofing warranty.
  • The Transaction Coordinator Closing Desk. Owner sign-off here is a punch item, not a property closing, and that title is not included.
  • Building-code opinions, inspection certificates, or a substitute for the inspector of record or counsel.
  • Pay applications, lien waivers, retainage math, or a promise the list will finish.

How it moves

01 Log their words

If you cannot point to the walk or the person, the cell stays empty.

02 Assign or ask

Do not guess a trade. The next step can be ask.

03 Look, don’t certify

Verify is your eyes. It is not an inspection.

04 Ask for a reply

Sign-off is a reply you can point to. Silence is not acceptance.

What the files allow

You may use the pages you rewrote for deficiencies already on jobs you are allowed to close out. You may not resell the kit, the worksheets, the scripts, or the SAMPLE. The log is still not construction-law advice and still not an inspection certificate. This purchase does not include the Roofing Contractor Ops Kit or the Transaction Coordinator Closing Desk. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.

Plain answers

Before you rely on the plate

What do I get?

A file kit: deficiency log, trade board, verify walk, owner walk, sign-off, closeout notes, worksheets, and scripts a person sends. You do not get a bid sheet, an inspection certificate, or a tool that sends mail.

Does this include the roofing kit or the closing desk?

No. The Roofing Contractor Ops Kit is a roofing job desk. The Transaction Coordinator Closing Desk is a real-estate file under contract. This plate is a punch and deficiency closeout. Buying it does not buy those titles. The names are references only.

Is the verify walk an inspection?

No. It is your note that you looked. It does not interpret a code, pass an inspection, or certify a building.

Will the list finish on a date?

No. The desk does not promise a fee, a retainage release, a close rate, an ROI, or a finish date.

What are the two prices?

List $79. Launch $69. Both are locked catalog numbers.
