The pages run Cover through Contact. Keep only the ones you can fill honestly. Leave a stat blank rather than borrow one.
Media kit
Creator Media Kit & Rate Sheet Canva
A solo creator types their own name, their own work, and their own prices. A blank rate stays blank. The design slot stays a pending token, not a link.

Not for
- A promise of brand deals, inbound, or a rate a buyer will earn.
- Market-rate tables, price floors, or a number this catalog says you should charge.
- Legal contract drafting, a release, or advice about your rights.
- A dump of stock photos, faces, or Canva library elements. No Canva design file ships here. The token is not a link.
- An agency rate card for a staff, or a media kit that invents audience numbers.
- The UGC Creator Ops Kit, the Creator Content Sprint Canva Kit, or the Listing Conversion Kit. Those are different titles and are not included.
How it moves
Write numbers you chose, or leave the row blank. Do not paste an industry table.
Treat the usage lines as drafts. A deal that needs an agreement needs a lawyer.
Match a page to a brief. Do not invent a Canva link while the token is pending.
What’s inside
The files
- Cover Name, one line of work, and a place. No price and no follower count.
- About Four sentences you would say out loud. No borrowed praise.
- Stats A number you can point at, or a blank. A stat you cannot source stays off the page.
- Deliverables Work you can name this month. Not a crew you do not have.
- Rate sheet Prices you set. This folder does not supply them.
- Usage Example sentences about how a brand might use a file. Not a contract and not legal advice.
- Contact One line you answer. No booking promise and no checkout.
License, in short
What the files allow
You may publish a media kit and a rate sheet you filled with your own name, your own work, and prices you chose. You may not resell the kit, the briefs, the worksheets, or the SAMPLE. A usage line is still not a contract. This purchase does not include the UGC Creator Ops Kit, the Creator Content Sprint Canva Kit, or the Listing Conversion Kit. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
What do I get?
A file kit for seven pages: cover, about, stats, deliverables, a rate sheet, usage examples, and contact, plus layout briefs, worksheets, and one SAMPLE fiction. Lookbook plates in the folder are Knowledge Mercantile drawings, not a live Canva file. You do not get a design link or someone to negotiate a brand.
Does this include the UGC Creator Ops Kit?
No. That kit is a different title: the operating desk for briefs, handoff, and the week. This plate is the outward page, a media kit and a rate sheet. Buying this plate does not buy that kit. The name is a reference only.
Is a usage line a contract?
No. The lines are examples. They are not legal advice, a release, or the agreement a deal needs.
Will this bring brand deals?
No. The kit does not promise deals, inbound, a rate you will earn, or market rates. The prices on your sheet are yours.
What are the two prices?
List $49. Launch $39. Both are locked catalog numbers.
