One sitting
UGC Creator Ops Kit
A solo UGC creator, or a brand ops lead briefing one, leaves one sitting with four pages: a rate card, a usage-rights menu, a pitch, and a shootable brief. The SAMPLE deal is fiction. It is not a booking and not an income result.

Not for
- A guaranteed brand deal, a “get booked” promise, a follower count, or an income claim.
- Clipping-agency automation, a posting bot, or a tool that sends the pitch for you.
- Legal contract drafting, a license agreement, or a form you would take to a dispute.
- A market rate named by this catalog. The numbers on the card are inputs you set.
How it moves
Write the rate card with your prices only. A row you did not price stays off the card.
Accept or strike each row. Do not add a usage you refused.
Score the brief. Sign a gate only for the step you are actually on.
What’s inside
The files
- Rate card Deliverables you will perform, at list prices you set, with exclusions you can say aloud. No default rate ships in the kit.
- Usage menu Organic, paid, whitelist, and term, as rows you accept or strike. It is not a license.
- Pitch A short note that offers only the rows you priced.
- Shootable brief Hooks, a shot list, counted deliverables, and a revision rule a stranger could follow on set.
- Gates A person signs. A model may draft a sentence. It does not approve a brief or set a price.
- SAMPLE deal Mira Vale and Northline Home Co. are fiction. Do not send that pitch, and do not copy those prices.

What the files allow
You may use the pages you rewrote and the work you film from them. You may not resell or post the kit, the templates, or the SAMPLE. The pages are working notes, not legal advice. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
Will this book me, or raise what I charge?
No. There is no income guarantee, no follower guarantee, no reply-rate claim, and no ranking claim. A clearer card is still your card. The other side can still say no.
Where are the benchmark rates?
Nowhere. Knowledge Mercantile does not ship a default rate, a niche average, or a platform multiple. The numbers on the card are inputs you set. Do not borrow the SAMPLE numbers. They are fictional.
Is the usage menu a contract?
No. It is a set of examples so you can say yes, no, or priced separately. It is not legal advice and not a license.
Is the SAMPLE deal real?
No. Mira Vale of Side Porch Studio and Northline Home Co. are fiction. The prices are not earnings and not a result you should expect. Do not send that pitch.
What are the two prices?
List $29. Launch $19. Both are locked catalog numbers. Nothing is for sale from the product folder yet.
