Number the transcript. Name the rights, the guest, and one job for the letter.
Same week
Podcast-to-Newsletter Content Engine
A host who already holds the rights turns one transcript into a letter and five platform cuts in the same week. A model may draft. It does not send, and it does not sign.

Not for
- A Make, n8n, Zapier, or Gumloop install, a scenario graph, or an auto-send.
- Clip editing, caption burn-in, or a studio that cuts the audio for you.
- An income guarantee, a follower guarantee, a reach guarantee, or a promise that a letter grows a list.
- A pile of prompts counted into the hundreds.
How it moves
Write the card from lines the show has already said.
Quotes and claims that appear in the transcript, with line tags.
Score the surfaces you will send. A model does not sign, and nothing sends itself.
What’s inside
The files
- Transcript intake Rights, guest scope, one job for the letter, and a numbered source.
- Voice notes How the show actually speaks, including words it will not use.
- Newsletter architecture Three subjects, a preview, the body, a P.S., and one call to action.
- Five cuts LinkedIn, short social, a thread, show notes, and quote-card copy. They do not add facts the letter did not pass.
- QA and sign-off Fidelity, voice, claim risk, the ask, privacy, and a human signature. Publish only what you signed.
- SAMPLE episode The show, host, guest, and transcript are invented. Do not publish them. There is no video file in v0.9.0.
License, in short
What the files allow
You may use the outputs you make from a transcript you have the right to reuse, including work a client pays you to make. You may not resell the kit, the sheets, the scorecard, or the SAMPLE episode. A model may draft. It does not send and it does not sign. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
What do I get?
A file kit: intake, a voice sheet, newsletter architecture, a quote extractor, five derivative sheets, a QA scorecard, a human sign-off, a Notion library spec, and one fictional SAMPLE episode. You do not get a video, an automation account, or a tool that sends the letter.
Does it connect to Make, Zapier, or n8n?
No. Those installs are refused. The sheets work on paper or in a chat model you already use. You send what you signed.
What are the two prices?
List $79. Launch $59. Both are locked catalog numbers. There is no countdown on this plate.
Will the letter grow the list?
The engine does not say that it will. It gives you a week’s desk between the transcript and the send.
