Rewrite the promise. Do not reuse last week’s because it was easy.
Video desk
YouTube Production Desk
A solo channel, or a very small one, uses the inbox: promote one, park the rest. Upload waits on a signature. A clip you will not cut is written NONE.
Lookbook · 6 plates
Not for
- Guaranteed growth, a subscriber target, a view target, an RPM plan, or an income target.
- Search-rank promises, keyword packs sold as ranking, or a claim about the algorithm.
- An MCN, a network, or an agency operating system.
- Copyright clearance, music licensing, or a fair-use opinion.
- A transcript-to-newsletter engine or a board of posts cut from a podcast. The Podcast-to-Newsletter Content Engine is a different title and is not included.
How it moves
The script is sections you already named. It is not a hook dump.
The publish gate is a signature. An unsigned video stays down.
The repurpose lane does not reopen the gate and does not write the letter.
What’s inside
The files
- Inbox One idea promoted, the rest parked, a promise in one sentence.
- Episode brief Sections, open, payoff, what you will not say, and rights you already hold.
- Script desk Beats you can say, each tied to a section you already named.
- Shoot and edit A shot list you can film, then cuts, holds, and the line the thumbnail must match.
- Publish gate Title, description, chapters, end screen, and a signature or a kill. Upload only what you signed.
- Repurpose pointer At most one clip, one short, and one newsletter sentence, or NONE. It does not publish them.
License, in short
What the files allow
You may use the pages you rewrote for videos you actually make and have the right to publish. You may not resell the kit, the worksheets, or the SAMPLE. A finished upload is still not a growth result. This purchase does not include the Podcast-to-Newsletter Content Engine. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
What do I get?
A file kit: inbox, brief, script, shoot checklist, edit notes, publish gate, repurpose pointer, and worksheets. You do not get a camera lesson, an upload button, or a tool that posts the video.
Does this include the Podcast-to-Newsletter Content Engine?
No. That engine turns a transcript into a letter. This desk stops at a pointer, or at NONE. Buying this plate does not buy that engine. The name is a reference only.
Does the desk read my channel?
No. This version does not read a YouTube account, and it does not need analytics to use the sheets.
Will this grow the channel?
No. The desk does not promise subscribers, views, watch time, click-through, RPM, search rank, sponsorship, or income.
What are the two prices?
List $79. Launch $69. Both are locked catalog numbers.
