Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.

No. The Landlord / LTR Property Ops OS is leases, tenants, and deposits. This plate is short-term turnover. Buying it does not buy that desk. The name is a reference only.
Is this a welcome book?
No. Guest-facing binders and sign packs are a different product. Notes here stay on the host’s desk.
Will this raise occupancy or a badge?
No. The pack does not promise bookings, occupancy, a platform badge, ADR, or lodging revenue.
