Capacity week
Burnout-Resistant Weekly Planning System
A solo operator names a capacity band — High, Steady, or Low — and cuts the week until the band can hold it. The title is about the calendar, not a health outcome.
The plate
Not for
- Medical, psychological, clinical, therapy, or diagnostic advice.
- A plan that claims to cure overload, fix attention, or replace rest.
- A corporate wellness program, an employee-assistance handout, or a clinic sheet.
- A forty-database life OS, a habit tracker, a grind calendar, or an income guarantee.
How it moves
High, Steady, or Low. Cut the list until the band can hold it.
Recovery slots are hours you will not book. They are not a treatment.
What moved, what slipped, and what you will not chase next week.
What’s inside
The files
- Capacity bands High, Steady, or Low as workload, not as a score of a person.
- Sunday setup Protect the deep-work blocks and name the one thing you will not start.
- Friday close Wins, slips, what leaves, and next week’s load.
- Four worksheets A capacity map, energy by block, a stop-doing list, and recovery slots that are open time, not a protocol.
- Three prompts Triage a broken week, protect the band, or rewrite an overcommitted plan. Paper is enough.
- SAMPLE week A fictional operator. Do not publish it. Notion is an optional paste, not a second operating system.
License, in short
What the files allow
You may use your filled maps, lists, and calendar notes in your own work. You may not resell the system, the guides, the worksheets, the prompts, or the SAMPLE weeks. No page promises a health result or an income result. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
Is this a wellness program?
No. It plans one week of work. It does not diagnose anyone, treat anyone, or claim a health result. The word in the title means the calendar is cut to the load.
Do I need Solo Business OS Lite?
No. If you already keep that Friday close, plan the load here on Sunday and copy only the operational facts across on Friday. Do not add sleep, mood, or a personal score to that card.
Why is there only one price?
List $29. This system does not use a launch price, a crossed-out higher price, or a countdown.
Will the week feel easy?
The system does not say that it will. It gives you a band, a Sunday setup, a midweek triage, and a Friday close.
