Open a row for a closed client. Send the ask yourself. The log can hold a no.
Case desk
Case Study Authority System
A consultant, agency principal, or coach files honest permission rows — including refusals — and only briefs design after a written yes on the draft. The metric slot defaults to NONE.

Not for
- Fabricated social proof, a review written in a client’s voice, borrowed names, or a composite client.
- Invented metrics, a “typical client,” or a number the client did not write.
- An income, fee-increase, or close-rate guarantee, or a claim about what buyers usually see.
- A one-pager Canva dump as the whole product. The Case Study One-Pager Canva kit is a different title and is not included.
- The short ask-and-one-mini-case path alone. That path is the Testimonial & Case Study Engine, a different SKU, and it is not included.
- A legal release, a publicity opinion, an endorsement agreement, or a CRM.
How it moves
Take their words. If they do not state a number, write NONE. Do not ask again for a better figure.
Write the page they can read. Stop if the written yes is not back.
Brief design only after that yes. Do not open a design file to discover the story.
File the row, including a refusal. A public place is a named spot, not the index.
What’s inside
The files
- Permission An ask you send, and a log that can hold a no. A spoken yes does not check the row.
- Interview Their words. A number is recorded only if they state one. Otherwise the slot stays NONE.
- Draft The page they read before anything is public. Design waits on a written yes on that draft.
- Design brief A writing handoff after that yes. No brief before the yes. The design slot stays a pending token, not a link.
- Proof library One private row per engagement, including refusals. Ready is not the same as published.
- Worksheets, scripts, SAMPLE Blanks you fill, notes you send yourself, and one SAMPLE fiction with no metric to copy. Do not publish the fiction as a client.
License, in short
What the files allow
You may publish a case you wrote from a real client’s words after they approved that draft in writing, under the name they allowed, with only the number they wrote, in the places they named. You may not resell the system, the worksheets, the scripts, the briefs, or the SAMPLE. The page is still not a review you invented, and it is still not legal advice. This purchase does not include the Testimonial & Case Study Engine or the Case Study One-Pager Canva kit. Intended refund, once a sale exists: fourteen days, purchase price back, license ends, copies deleted. Checkout terms control that sale.
Plain answers
Before you rely on the plate
What do I get?
A file kit: operations notes for permission, interview, draft, design brief, and proof library, plus worksheets, scripts you send yourself, and one SAMPLE fiction. You do not get image binaries, a live design file, a lawyer, or someone to interview your client.
Does this include the Testimonial & Case Study Engine?
No. That engine is a different SKU: one ask and one mini case. This desk is the shelf that holds many rows, including a no. Buying this plate does not buy that engine. The name is a reference only.
Does this include the Case Study One-Pager Canva kit?
No. That kit is one page and its layout briefs. This desk writes the copy lock and the bans, and files the row. It does not ship those layouts, and it does not dump a one-pager in place of the library. The name is a reference only.
Is the permission log a release?
No. It is your note of what they wrote. It is not legal advice, a publicity opinion, or an endorsement agreement.
Will this raise fees or close rates?
No. The desk does not promise income, a fee increase, a close rate, or what buyers usually see. A filled library is a record of permission. It is not a result.
What are the two prices?
List $79. Launch $69. Both are locked catalog numbers.
